Vegan italian pasta is possible

When booking this restaurant the first time, it was difficult. They didn’t have a table for five. Because they only have 12 seats… But they got back to me an hour later, and had solved it. And that was a good thing, because this dinner changed everything.

Alex and Kajsa who runs the place are unique. They are 100% doing their thing, with so much passion that it shines through. After our dinner, Alex came out of the kitchen and joined us. And gave us limoncello. And we didn’t stop talking until we really had to go home.

But we decided I would come back and film him two days later. And I did. We spent the whole afternoon in the kitchen, eating, drinking wine and talking. And filming.
