Impact Docs · Documentary films with companies

What is happening in your company now that you could never recreate later?

As more of what people see is generated or bought, a true story about real people becomes the rarest thing you can give your audience. Told from the outside, it is chosen rather than skipped. That is how trust is built.

How we work

Two ways to start

Story discovery

Not sure where the story is yet?

We spend two to three weeks with your work and the people closest to it. Then we come back with a Story Map: the central question, who could carry the story, the moments worth filming and what it would take.

1,100 EURCredited in full if you go on to make the film.

How Story discovery works →

Commissioned documentary

Something is happening that deserves to be seen.

We find the strongest human perspective and follow it, whether that takes a few days of filming or a whole season. You get the main film, and shorter edits and stills for your own channels where the material allows. Everything we deliver is yours to use.

Scope and budgetAfter a first conversation.

When everything can be generated, a true story is a gift.

Lykke Coffee Farms · Uganda and Brazil

Lykke works directly with coffee farmers, in a part of the chain most of their customers never see. Over two trips, to the Rwenzori mountains in Uganda and to Brazil, we made films for Lykke’s own channels and two independent documentaries about the people behind the coffee.

What clients say

Regardless of what your product is, I think that there’s a story to tell. And the more you engage with good storytellers, I think there’s a win for you as a company, your product and the mission you’re on.

Lars Pilengrim, Co-founder, Lykke Coffee Farms

Robin has an incredible sense of aesthetics and storytelling, stays agile when conditions shift, and delivers work of exceptional quality.

The team

Led by Robin. Made by a team.

Robin Danehav leads every project and is your contact from the first call to the final cut. Each production gets a team built for the story: a regular camera and edit crew, and specialists we have worked with before.

Not sure where your story begins?

You don’t need a finished idea. Tell us what is happening, what is changing and why this moment matters. We’ll help you work out whether there is a documentary in it.
