The film that started it all. Robin first ate at Al Sanpietrino, a five-table trattoria in Lisbon, at the end of Web Summit 2022, and came back two days later to film. Editing that material at home is what started 100 Documentaries, and in the end Impact Docs. A year later he returned to make this film.
Alex De Franco and Kajsa Schmid cook the dishes of their families, made fully vegan. They don’t argue for it. They serve food good enough that Italian guests need a while to believe it. That is the same idea as documentary storytelling: show, don’t preach.
