Josep Castanyer Alonso won a permanent position as a cellist in the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra at 21, the job he had been told would take years. Then he started turning pop songs into baroque fugues on YouTube.
The obvious film was about clever music. The one we made is about perfectionism, which almost everyone recognises, whether or not they know what a fugue is. We filmed at the Stockholm Concert Hall.
